I’ve honed my skills through transformative commercial experiences, from founding and growing an aviation training company to leading commercial operations for global multi-million-dollar organizations. My expertise lies in strategy, organizational alignment, commercial excellence, and leadership development. I drive growth by converting strategy into results.

 

With over two decades of leadership experience, I have helped organizations navigate complex business environments and achieve sustainable growth. During my tenure as President and COO of Modern Marketing and Commerce, particularly during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, I led a team of 220 people to deliver innovative solutions that generated over $1 billion in sales for our clients. My focus on adaptability and empathetic leadership fostered a resilient culture that not only survived but thrived, consistently driving results while remaining aligned with our organizational values.

 

Currently, I lead Accent Growth, a firm dedicated to helping businesses grow their profits and purpose, empowering them to make a more significant impact on the world. I am also pursuing a doctorate in social entrepreneurship, deepening my expertise in aligning business success with social impact. I bring a unique perspective that combines deep commercial knowledge with a passion for conscious capitalism, helping organizations thrive while contributing to societal good.

 

In addition to my role at Accent Growth, I serve as Chair of Entrepreneurship at SUNY Geneseo’s School of Business. In this role, I inspire and mentor the next generation of leaders, helping them align their ambitions with their values to build fulfilling careers and purposeful businesses.
